Smart Tech Problems vs. Livewire Solutions

Frustration #1: Help! My TV is showing pictures but no sound.

Resolution: Try turning everything off and back on again with your remote.

Frustration #2: I can’t get on the Wi-Fi.

Resolution: Make sure your Wi-Fi is enabled on your device and try re-booting the router and wireless access points.

Frustration #3: My alarm is going off and driving me nuts! 

Resolution: Depending on your security system, you can either enter your code and press OFF twice or use the Alarm.com app to disarm the system. 

Suggested Tip: In the event of a security alert, that is not an alarm, contact Livewire for remote assistance in resolving your issue.
