Dustin Roskam is our Service Support Lead here at Livewire, and no one is better at problem-solving on the fly! The level of remote service and support he provides our clients is one of the components that set us apart. It’s no wonder Dustin is our Employee of the Month for April 2022!
How long have you been with Livewire?
I have been with Livewire going on for five and a half years. I started in October 2016.
What do you like best about working for Livewire?
The thing I like most about working with Livewire is the camaraderie we all have and the willingness to help each other.
What’s one of your favorite memories/jobs/projects from your time here?
One of my favorite memories would have to be the cookouts where we all get together to relax and have a bit of downtime. But my favorite projects are the ones where we come up with a solution to an impossible problem, like fishing wires through multiple floors without cutting holes. I enjoy a bit of challenge and puzzle-solving.
Outside of work, what are a couple of things you like to spend time doing?
Outside of work I enjoy hiking and exploring the wilderness, reading, or spending time with family.

Star Wars, Frailty, and probably Lord of the Rings.
What’s your favorite Richmond Restaurant?
Right now it’s probably Anant, an Indian restaurant out in Short Pump.
What was the first concert you ever attended
This was a big one. It was Ozzfest back in 2003.
