Livewire Welcomes Ryan Trapp as New Content Marketing Director

Trapp will contribute to all of Livewire’s marketing content initiatives, with plans to extend future services to company partners and clients.

RICHMOND, VA – Livewire has hired Ryan Trapp as Content Marketing Director to steer all things related to marketing content, channel optimization, and brand consistency for the home technology organization. 

“I’m thrilled to be joining the Livewire organization,” said Trapp. “It’s been such a pleasure getting to know Henry and the incredibly talented team they’ve put together. Their passion and professionalism is contagious, and I’m excited to hit the ground running and contribute to The Livewire Way. ” 

Trapp brings with him over ten years of experience in marketing and content development. He has worked with a number of nationally-recognized brands that include The Capital One Orange Bowl, BCS National Championship Game, Richmond Raceway, and Virginia is for Lovers. 

“Ryan is extremely talented and we’re so fortunate to have him on our team,” said Henry Clifford, Livewire’s CEO. “We’ve already been working with him for the last few years on a fractional basis. so I can’t wait to see what we’re able to accomplish together in his new full time role.”

In his role prior to joining Livewire, Trapp worked in the Creative Services department at the Virginia State Tourism office, helping shepherd the visibility of the Virginia is for Lovers © brand and contributing on award-winning campaigns such as Crush Friday, WanderLove, and Share What You Love

Trapp’s hire marks a new initiative for Livewire, who plan to not only invest further in their content marketing efforts but also extend those services to their clients and partners. 

“This is really a tremendous opportunity,” said Trapp. “Livewire has become a commercial and home technology institution in Central Virginia. Their story is inspiring, as are so many of their customers. I’m excited to use my experience to help share those stories.”
